“The first car was dirty and driver made two stops on route so he could drink coffee and smoke. I just want to get to my hotel and have never experienced this in my 13 trips to Kalkan so hence would not use this company again”
“I found my name at thebotton of a list of about 7 names on a baggage trolley with "I will return shortly" at the top. I had to wait 45 minutes before a short man wearing glasses turned up and started dealing with those waiting. eventually he took me up one level and out to the roiad and put me in an UBER taxi an hour after I reached the arrivals hall..
I paid for a private car to my hotel and did not expect an uber taxi.
This did not meet the standard I expect from Holiday Taxis.”
“Salve come già noto, il servizio acquistato non prevedeva la modalità porta a porta e la navetta non era immediatamente disponibile (più di 30 min di attesa). Inoltre parlano solo in inglese.”
“I tempi d'attesa all'andata sono stati davvero molto lunghi. All'arrivo, il voler sistematicamente raggiungere tutti gli hotel è a volte insensato: mi sono ritrovato ad essere a 5min a piedi dal mio Hotel, non essere chiamato dall'autista a scendere, e ritrovarmi per altri 25min a girare sull'autobus mezza Cala Ratjada! Il ritorno invece è andato molto bene. Sono arrivato in aeroporto con circa 45min di anticipo rispetto al dovuto, accettabile.”
“Taxi coming back was very fast ,under taking ,blowing Horne all the way,from the hotel to airport which is approx 100 kilometres in 72 minutes ,knocked from side of the car.peter”
“Very easy to book and full email instructions of where to go and times of pick up etc.
Minibus was very good drinks available to buy at a small fee, both drivers very friendly and helpful.
Only thing I think could improve is a confirmation text for pick up (had an email before holiday but when waiting sort of wondering if it’s coming as that’s all that’s been)”
“The rep at the airport who helped me with my transfer was lovely. Unfortunately, the woman driver I had was not. She was very unfriendly. There was no greeting, no smile. She did not even want to look at me. A bad representative for your company.”
“On arrival in Palma i had over an hours wait. Worse still on the return journey, the pick was for 7.40am. The pick had still not arrved at 8.10. I had difficulty getting through to Holiday Taxis, in fact the hotel had to find a different number so i could speak to somebody at Holiday Taxis. The lady at Holiday Taxis told me to get a local taxi and claim. This i did but it cost 80 euros. I think it's appaling you could leave an 82yr old stranded in the resort.”
“vond de service niet OK. We kregen meteen na landen een text bericht van onze assistent wat wel fijn was. Maar eens we dan op het afspraakpunt waren, hebben we meer dan een half uur moeten wachten op onze taxi. we waren sneller af geweest met een gewone taxi of uber”
