“I recently ordered the Babor Rose Essence Toner, but unfortunately, it arrived without a pump. I contacted Hogie about the issue, and while they were responsive and offered to send a replacement, they asked me to return the original item first. This has been quite inconvenient — I’ve already run out of my old toner, so if I return the bottle and wait for the replacement, I’ll be left without any toner for at least a week. On the other hand, if I keep this one, I have to open the bottle manually every time I use it, which is not ideal. I appreciate the support team’s willingness to help, but the process has added unnecessary hassle to what should have been a smooth purchase. However, the customer service team later contacted me and offered a free replacement without requiring the return of the faulty item. This saved me a lot of hassle, and I will definitely continue buying from this shop, thanks”
