“I accidentally selected the wrong product when placing my order and contacted the company immediately to cancel it. Unfortunately, no one responded for over 24 hours. When I finally heard back, I was told the item had already been dispatched and that I should wait to receive it and then return it. Since receiving the product, I have filled out multiple online return forms and sent several emails, but I have had no response at all. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, the customer service has been very disappointing, and I am still waiting for a resolution.”
