At Hogies we sell big brands for less. Some of our products are listed as a 'Blemished Box' which means they may have a few imperfections but only to the outer packaging. This is reflected in the price of the product. We can assure you this has no fault to the product itself. The box or packaging may have dents, marks, or be unsealed. “Customer Service: I would give 4 stars. The CS team were consistently responsive and polite throughout my enquiries. However, the process itself was not very efficient, and the repeated back‑and‑forth without a clear resolution became frustrating. Product Quality: I would give 3 stars. My main concern is the unclear and somewhat misleading product information on the website. The discounted price was very appealing, but I later discovered that discounted items may have damaged packaging—which I don’t mind at all—or be close to their shelf life. The item I purchased turned out to be 2 years and 11 months old, with only 1 month of shelf life remaining. The bottle itself had a shelf life of 3 years and 1 month, meaning it was already over 1 month past its ideal freshness. I eventually accepted this, as the product is only sold by Hogies in the UK market, and I plan to repurchase it from an Asian airport in September. However, upon inspection, the scent of the product was noticeably different from my older, well‑loved version, which still smells fresher despite being used for over a year. Interestingly, the code printed on the outer packaging did not match the code on the bottle, even though the remaining shelf life was shorter. Overall: If you don’t mind receiving products with a short remaining shelf life, items like marscara, eyebrown pencil, eye shadows, the discounted prices may still be worthwhile. However, clearer product descriptions and transparent expiry information would significantly improve the shopping experience.”
