Website easy to navigate and checkout. Order dispatched quickly and also arrived quickly with a lovely thank you note in my parcel. You don't get that at all these days so I am completely satisfied and will shop with them again.

Overall, the trabsaction was good so far and I would order again from Hogies. BUT!!!! The packaging/the way the shipment came here was sub-zero and unacceptable. I'm not sure, as to whether the parcel was kicked across the turf of Old Trafford before it got shipped over the Channel to Germany, or what did happen to it?! But the cardboard box was flattened and totally weak which also affected the original packaging of the fragrances to. Both bottle caps had come off and rattled in the boxes, why the boxes themself were also crimped and bend. Honestly, for a total order of EUR 185.00 (incl. custom duties), I'm expecting way better and safer packing quality with my next order. Otherwise ordering from Hogies in the UK is no option for me nomore.
