“Hello, Although it was nice to find an item I was looking for, I am disappointed that I have been charged an extremely large fee to ship to the US. As you advertise selling to the US. I have happily been able to purchase from Selfridges and ship to the US without additional fees beyond the standard shipping. So again very disappointed. I was hoping to buy one other item I really wanted from you and the fees doubled the price and made it not affordable to purchase. The item I was looking to purchase is Dolce & Gabbana Solar Glow Illuminating Powder Duo 1 Sweet Pink. Not happy with the process at all. Renee”

“I’m not sure if my purchase was out of date or not a genuine product? It is quite a different colour and texture to the one I had before from John Lewis. It did not say on the product details of the one that I purchased that it was out of date although others did. I would not buy from you again because of this although delivery etc as good”
