“Delivery and communication was good. However the item was not what I wanted and it was not clear that the returns cost would be at my expense. This should be made clearer. The returns cost was more than half the cost of the item.”

“There was an issue with an item being sold due to it being the wrong image for that particular promo, I raised the issue and within a few days it's been resolved. I've ordered a few from these guys but they were on it asap when a ticket was raised which I genuinely appreciate! Thank youu 💛✨️”
