“There was a problem with an order. 4 Chanel eyeshadows were sent. 1 was wrong color. I was immediately given credit. On next 2 orders Karen hand picked and let me know. I have received 1 with package of milk chocolate hearts!!! All correct”

“Have shopped a few times with hogies online and have been happy each time. Delivery is within days, items have been legit. Have purchased blemished boxed items for myself and have been happy with the items, I never keep boxes anyway. Prices are good too.”

“First time purchasing from Hogies and it was primarily because the Estee Lauder Blushing Sands perfume seems to have been discontinued but luckily Hogies had it in stock. I read reviews first and was happy to see not only is it a British company but it was highly rated from consumers. The perfume box was in mint condition and it arrived quickly and I was kept updated throughout. A lovely touch was the two heart shaped chocolates included in the packaging which I enjoyed immensely!!! I am going to re-order this discontinued perfume from Hogies again after this great experience. Highly recommend Hogies to anyone !”

“I like the dress I ordered but unfortunately it is too small. I need to return/exchange but the UPS store quoted me $200 to return to the UK. This of course is unacceptable. Therefore I will not be ordering from you in the future. You need to offer return labels if you want to keep your US customers.”
