It's a very, very bad experience, because I haven't received anything at all, and I can't find the manual customer service. I'm so sad. I really need that thing, but I haven't been able to receive it.

Not received item and no update as well. I don’t recommend Hogies online for international purchase. I ordered it for a reason but not received the product at all.
