“I have to be honest I'd never heard of Hogies Online, and I'm always a little dubious if that is the case. However, I didn't need to worry about anything. I ordered one day and received the day after. Well packed, exactly what I ordered & a nice little touch of a little chocolate gift. I will definitely buy again from this company.”

“I ordered a perfume set. The outer packaging of the box was damaged and torn and the perfume had been used. I contacted customer services and apparently I had ordered an item marked as having a ‘blemished box’ so that explained the packaging. But they are yet to address the matter that the perfume has been used. They have given me the option to return the item but I have to pay for return postage. Why should I pay to return something that has been sent to me in a condition that is not satisfactory?!”
