“Make up removal cloths were totally useless. Strange rectangular shape,too small and not big enough to wipe make up off. Pointless and went straight to the bin! Carole”

“Quality items at a very good price. Fast delivery and great customer service. I had to return one of the items due to a misunderstanding on both parts - I contacted customer service, received a fast response and they immediately organized the return/refund for free with collection at home, very convenient. They even send some chocolates with the delivery, really nice touch.”

“I received goods I am not sure they were real. I complained and was asked to send item back for examination. I did so and got a refund. When I asked about the goods and what had been done to assess real or not I was ignored”
