“Having messed up my order, I expected to have little or no sympathy from a faceless company. The opposite was the case. Hogies dealt with my issue swiftly, informing me at each stage of the process, and issuing a refund for the amount I’d accidentally paid in error. Thank you to the excellent customer services.”

“Love this website, I ordered some small inexpensive bracelets in the sale and they arrived after a couple of days, they were well packaged and looked better than I imagined. I’ve ordered fragrance in the past and the price couldn’t be beaten. Service and communication is excellent”

“I placed an order on 10th July, two hours later I received an email to say the order is on it's way. I had heard nothing by the 18th July so sent and enquiring email to Hogies. They replied to me on 19th July advising the parcel was currently awaiting customs processing in the destination country? It is now 22nd July and I have heard nothing since! It is my first time ordering from this company but I will not be doing it again!”
