“Ordered perfume which never arrived. Received no email to confirm when delivery would arrive and when dispute sent to Royal mail by hogie to find out where delivery was still received nothing or information. Requested refund and should have had email to confirm being done but still nothing received after 2 requests. Still waiting for refund.”
