“Here you have my full name, Bernadette. But I have ordered as Ms Bernie Wilson, which is fine, but one name, so Ms Bernie Wilson is fine 👍🏼 Now only gripe if you check last order a few weeks ago, was the deodorant, was it new and unused? As no seal on it, which was a bit worrying, though I may look at range again. Now the perfume was a little disappointing as the smell was quite watery light. But it's the earphones. This is the 3rd time I ordered; I had ordered on the initial offer 2 for £6, the first time. This last just the one. I wondered if they are a faulty batch, as I now three the first two away as the quality deteriorated and I am using on an Android Motorola, not a bad phone. One of the rubber bits came away? This time only say had 2 or 3 weeks and not working consistently despite being plugged into my phone, intermittent sounds so now this new pair is caput. So I will have to try and re order again. I threw the other two out! Disappointed as all three came out sealed so knew they hadn't bee unused, Which is why thinking a dud batch? Anyway just thought would flag up. Everything else brilliant, the customer service, email,. phone and the delivery, brilliant. I will be ordering the tea tree again, plus the sets and the chocolate hearts are lovely. Would have been full 5* if but for the earphones! Thanks”
