“I purchased 2 of these Radley bags for Birthday Presents. Very lovely looking bags! Unfortunately one of them was faulty. I emailed customer services. And was so very impressed with the speed they dealt with it & replaced it.”

“The speed of delivery was very good. The description of the product was that it had a blemished box so I was expecting a box that had minor damage. The product (perfume) delivered was in a totally undamaged (unblemished) box which had had the celophane sealing wrapper removed. The bottle of perfume was, therefore totally unsealed - and in reality unusable. Only when delving into the small print on the website could one read that "blemished" packaging included unsealed products. I was extremely disappointed and felt duped as absolutely anything could have been in the bottle and to use it would be a leap of faith too far. Needless to say I have sought a refund.”

Some of our products are listed as a 'Blemished Box' which means they may have a few imperfection but only to the outer packaging. This is reflected in the price of the product.
