“Unfortuanetly I didn't end up finding my venue through HireSpace, but that was absolutely nothing to do with Kimberley (Rolph) but instead more to do with the complicated requirements of the venue we were looking for. Overall though, her attitude and upbeat nature were exactly what I was looking for from someone to help me find a venue for a company-wide event and I will be coming back to her directly in future if I need further venue support.”

“-Still sometimes hard to find specific information on which venue is best suited to a particular event format despite venues being pre-classified as e.g. a conference venue. -Often have to ask the venue about the availability of possible alternative dates despite already specifying a date range on the form -Should be able to specify a venue where you pay for space rental as for some business models it is hard to pick a minimum guarantee for venues specifying a cost per head## -Should also be possible to specify a venue allowing independent caterers, as those offering only in house often can't offer enough flexibility or quality especially for more demanding client events -Ideally, it would be better to use an AI or similar tool to pick a shortlist of venues suited to the industry, budget and taste of the organiser.”

“I worked with Fiona and Phil to find out perfect venue. The brief was not an easy one to fill but HIrespace pulled out several amazing options for us. They did all of the liaising and orgnaised virtual tours, and lots of catch ups. Really impressed.”
