“Loved the Fiat 500. Very clean and tidy. I just wish there had of been some car mats as this would prevent the car flooring from being made wet and dirty from my shoes! Very easy to book, collect and drop off.”

“oNLY THING YOU DON'T REALISE NOWADAYS IS HOW SMALL CARS ARE. WE WERE LUCKY TO FIND A CAR BIG ENOUGH TO TALE OUR 2 SUITCASES AND HAND LUGGAGE!!”

“i was very pleased with my car and with the excellent service. I would however prefer to know which car rental Company is involved before i finalise my booking. They were very helpful at Arnold Clerks but sometimes i would prefer not to have to wait for the shuttle bus as I am sometimes in a big hurry. This time it was fine!! Many thanks.”

“Easy Website to use. No surprises and superior value. Excellent value as the car came with full insurance so that decreased the high pressure sales that are common when you pick up a car. Great experience overall!”

“The only delay was on the basis that we had arrived at the Gatwick South terminal and the hire car company Easirent's offices were in off airport in a hotel outside the North terminal which I did not find clear in the booking process. This should be made clearer as should the method of getting between the terminals with the appropriate bus number (G1 or G3). We were given an upgrade which was good and the handover and collection processes were very good.”
