I’m very disappointed with this waterproof duvet protector, especially considering the high price. Unfortunately, it does not stay in place at all. The duvet constantly slides inside the protector and ends up completely bundled up in one corner. Because of this, the duvet cannot spread evenly and it does not stay warm. My son is left uncovered as most of the protector is empty while the duvet is bunched in one place. This makes it unusable for a child, particularly for overnight comfort and warmth. I bought this to protect the duvet due to bedwetting, but the design makes it impractical and uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected a product that actually stays in place and works properly.

Poor packaging and stuck zipper. I paid for a new product and it appears that the product i received was a repackaged and not new.

Love using it but took a few goes to get the fit right. Super tight is best. After just three weeks wear it’s coming away at the seams (my daughter is just 17lb) so have requested a replacement.

Purchased this suit for my grand daughter as it stated it was fleece lined: it was only lined in the hood and around the zip. A bit of a disappointment to be honest and would not have ordered had I known!

Hi i ordered this from friends of Joules before and got exactly what i wanted which was the fleece lined 1 excellent so wasn't expecting this one to not the same.

Loved the idea but the tubes are not the best quality. I will be returning the product as i discovered a hole at the end of one of the tubes after inflating them. Little disappointed and for that I will not be reordering.

I was sent the wrong item I ordered a purple triceratops but was sent a purple Dragon. The box said it was a triceratops but it was a dragon instead. I tried to email to sort out returning the item using the email address on the paperwork but it does not work. I have to pay to return the item at my expense and then wait for a refund. I should not have to pay when it's not my mistake.

I am a bit disappointed to be honest. The pots are cute but one pot the lid does not fit securely and it cannot be used to take food in a bag or even in the fridge as it comes off very easily. The other pot is fine and the lid fits well. The other items are good. Delivery was quick.

The product I received came perfectly packed and looks adoreable, just like on the website. It's a great toy and I'm sure my baby would love it, however, it has a very strong and distinctive smell. It's so strong I'm considering getting rid of it, as the entire room I keep it in is overtaken by the odour. I didn't return it upon receiving, because I really like this toy and would love my baby to play with it and decided to try to clean it. Unfortunately none of the methods helped and it still smells horribly.

Hi Alicja, We are so sorry to hear your Rocker isn't perfect! Our Nattou Rockers are kept in their own plastic carry cases. Because they are stored like this for a while before being sent to their new home, they can sometimes absorb the plastic smell. We recommend keeping the Rocker out of it's case for a minimum of 48 hours to let it air. The smell should then disperse. not too sure what to say as still waiting for the travel coat to arrive having been promised a delivery date earlier in the week ... I believe its been pushed on a further day or 2...all a bit disappointing. wish I could be more positive...sorry...got a feeling my grand daughter whom is coming to stay for a long weekend will arrive before her bed! you ask also about the flipfloot sleepsuits...they've not arrived either!

The item is a great idea...Just not for big mums. When wearing the seat it fits at an angle on my side, so baby would also be at an angle if he sat on it. Returned.

Main problem was in how our 3 year old responded to it. She kept thinking it was a big game, trying to take the inflatable out and knocking the side so it hung down, then getting upset when it did that. We had to take the whole thing out and just reach with normal sheet. She has been fine sleeping in bed without side to it, but hippychick product has been consigned to back of wardrobe.

The last one leaked so replaced as few years old . Ordered adult mattress protector but came with picture baby on it daughter not happy . Was told by hippy chick that it was the same with different packaging and therefore couldn't exchange or replace without postage cost

I ordered a fitted mattress protector sheet for my daughter's cot bed - we have one already which has washed really well, however, this one went bobbly on the first wash! The quality just doesn't seem as good. Disappointing for the price!
