I was sent the wrong item I ordered a purple triceratops but was sent a purple Dragon. The box said it was a triceratops but it was a dragon instead. I tried to email to sort out returning the item using the email address on the paperwork but it does not work. I have to pay to return the item at my expense and then wait for a refund. I should not have to pay when it's not my mistake.
