“The fraupaw is much louder than the hospital grade machine and hurts way more. It also did not stay in the bra and if it did there was loads of let down. Not for me I’m afraid.”

Good Morning, We are so sorry to hear you aren't getting on with the Fraupow Pump. • The Pump sound is subjective but is set at 40 decibels which is considered quiet (light rain, refrigerator hum) and is hospital grade approved - if you are experiencing slightly louder noises then it may have a fault which we will have to look at further. • With regards to it staying in a bra - we can't recommend bra's however a bra extender is included in the box and we do suggest that a supportive bra is used to support the pump (the suction alone can't keep the pump in place without some form of support) - this could mean adjusting the bra's straps to tighten it a bit allowing the pump to stay in place. There also shouldn't be much let down if you are using the correct size insert/flange. • We always recommend you play around with the different modes and intensity levels to ensure you find the one suitable for you as everyone's pain threshold is different especially for breastfeeding mums, the breast and nipple can be extremely sensitive. I will send you a measuring / size chart in a direct email that will hopefully help. We're so sorry again. Hopefully these tips help to make the pump more comfortable for you. “Unfortunately this item looked fantastic and once ordered it soon arrived 5/5 Being offshore myself my wife rang to say package arrived damaged and there is tear in the item. Due to me being away I'm unable to send back and wife not being able to drive it's with regret this review is really unfair and unjust as I'm sure the product would be fantastic otherwise.”

“These are not as advertised. The casters claim to be suitable for the wheely bug these are much smaller and the bolt is only 15mm not 40mm as stated. You have disappointed my grandson who was promised that his wheely bug would be replaired”

“The baby seat is too small and dips so he baby's bottom slips off. It does not feel secure and you end up tense holding the baby. I bought a Bebear/Bebamour hip seat afterwards which for a similar price is far superior. It has an alluminium frame inside and a bigger seat which stays up. The frame is foldable but as long as it is fully opened and clicked into place it will not dip. What a difference!”

“Waiting over 3+ weeks for urgently needed parts for products that Hippychick have distribution rights for and for another item. I am in Ireland. Charged a fortune for delivery. No reply to email. Still no parts. UK only service. Would give a 0 star but no option.”

“A lovely little truck but very disappointed with this particular one. I have bought quite a few Moover products over the years but this one was the worst because of the manufacturing quality. The timber and paintwork was not finished properly and should not have passed quality inspection :-(”

“I bought this suit for my son last year, it was way too big for him so we kept it with its tags and everything until this year. He wore it ONCE I put it in the wash and very carefully followed the instructions, I didn’t put anything else in the washer and it RIPPED, it flipping RIPPED. Not a tiny rip but a massive rip at the front of the suit. There’s nothing I can do about it as it was bought last year. I really wanted to buy a matching one for my daughter but I really don’t want to chance it. Specially when you are paying more than the average for a puddle suit.”

“They are as light as a feather I only ordered the blow up tubes thinking they wud b heavier didn't order the cover bit as wasn't paying 28 pound just for cover I ordered 5 as u said u only get 1 in pack u get 2 in pack so I'm now left with 10 of them xx”
