“I've been very impressed by the service from Happychick. Before buying, I had a couple of questions about the rider-walker which were answered promptly by email. Delivery was in a couple of days after my order and I was kept informed about the timing of this. The product arrived in perfect condition and my husband (who to be honest is a semi-professional carpenter) was able to put it together following the instructions. It is sturdy and fits together snugly. Our 12 month old grandson has not yet received it - he'll be down next week - but it looks as if he will have great fun with it.”

“Hippychick were a pleasure and very easy to deal with. I discovered that I lived near enough to collect from the warehouse which made it all much more convenient and immediate! The young lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I bought both the Tum Tum ladybird lunch bag and the Bee lunch bag for my Grandaughters. They love to picnic in their garden and Ena, 4 can't wait to take hers to school!”

“I have purchased a couple of things from Hippychick and they are a brilliant company to deal with. Both items were delivered on time and were exactly as described. I had a code for a discount which for some reason didn't work. A quick phone call to them and the overpayment was reimbursed immediately.”
