I've been very impressed by the service from Happychick. Before buying, I had a couple of questions about the rider-walker which were answered promptly by email. Delivery was in a couple of days after my order and I was kept informed about the timing of this. The product arrived in perfect condition and my husband (who to be honest is a semi-professional carpenter) was able to put it together following the instructions. It is sturdy and fits together snugly. Our 12 month old grandson has not yet received it - he'll be down next week - but it looks as if he will have great fun with it.
