“Would have given no stars but had to give at least 1 - Found car. Made enquiry. Got PX valuation. Happy, so put £99 deposit on car. Arranged appointment to view and take for test drive. At appointment, met Yusef, took test drive. All good so far. Then had to wait for valuation of our PX? Ray gave us the valuation which was £900 LESS than the valuation we were given online. Ray told us that the online valuation was almost the retail price for our car. Confused as it was the valuation given to us by Hilton themselves. The amended valuation was the same as 'webuyanycar' valuation. Not happy. Extremely disappointed. We had travelled 130 miles. Needless to say we did not purchase the car. Then I had to ask for our deposit to be refunded. Which was done but can take up to 10 DAYS to credit back to the bank! Be warned, if you have a car to PX - CHECK THE VALUATION BEFORE YOU TRAVEL! Would not recommend Hilton.”

“My test drive was with Syed and immediately I could see how knowledgeable he was explaining all the features of the car. Answered all my questions with a calm demeanor was polite pleasant and at know time did I feel pressure to buy the car. would recommend anybody looking for a user car ask for Syed and you will not be disappointed.”

“Deceptive and poor customer services. Spent 10k on a car to find car mats were covering up a significant hole in the footwell of the vehicle. Contacted company regarding this. Complaints system didn't work. Had to contact directly. Had to chase up the complaint. Was finally offered to fix this hole taking patch work from the boot. Resulting in loosing the car for a day and driving long distance. Offered me £100 to get it fixed myself. It took two weeks of chasing up calls and emails before I got this £100 of them. Absolute joke. Flashy when you walk in but once payment is made they do not care about any further support. Would never return, would never recommend.”
