“They were excellent throughout the entire process of buying new car. We were assured that everything would be resolved after we took the car for a test drive and our worries about a noise were taken seriously. It was simple and easy to finish the paperwork and other tasks, and I even gave my son some chocolate while we were doing it. 😁 I was also kept informed throughout. When the time came to collect the car we were reassured again that the noise was taken car off and they were confident enough that they extended the warranty to put us at ease.”
