“Hilton Car Supermarket: A Disappointing and Dishonest Experience I am writing this review to share my deeply negative experience with Hilton Car Supermarket. My recent purchase turned into a nightmare due to their dishonest sales practices and appalling customer service. After buying a car from Hilton Car Supermarket, I discovered significant overspray, indicating that the vehicle had been repainted. This crucial information was never disclosed to me during the sales process. It became clear that the car had likely been involved in an accident and subsequently repaired, a fact that should have been revealed upfront. Upon confronting the business manager with my findings, I was met with blatant denial and dismissive behavior. I demanded a compensation and was refused, Despite being within the return window, my request to return the vehicle was flatly rejected. The manager's response was incredibly unprofessional, essentially telling me to "do whatever I wanna do" when I expressed my dissatisfaction. This lack of transparency and refusal to address the issue has left me with a vehicle of questionable history and a profound sense of distrust. The entire experience was marked by dishonesty and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend Hilton Car Supermarket to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and potential financial loss by taking your business elsewhere. This company's unethical practices and poor customer service are simply unacceptable.”
