“We purchased a car from Hilton Car Supermarket back in April. When we got home we noticed that all the mats were missing. I called the salesman to notify him of this and he said that he would send them to us. Over the last two months I have repeatedly called. Either the salesman is “occupied” or “not working today” and will call me back (which he never does) or when he does answer my calls he keeps telling me that he will send them. It’s nearly been 8 weeks and we still don’t have the mats!”

“Fine when they are selling you a car, but if you have a problem they will not acknowledge you and never call back. I’ve had my car 8 weeks and I’ve been trying to sort for 5 of those. I’ve just asked to return the car.”

“Terrible terrible service, reserved a car which they sold in the mean time . Taking my deposit. Also 60% of cars get returned, due to faults. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. WITH YOUR MONEY OR CARS . If you do the research, this company have had more bad reviews than good .JUST A HEADS UP . Took them 5 days to tell me they sold my car which I had reserved. Pointless even reserving. They get your money and couldn’t care less”
