“If possible I would give zero stars for the service that we received. The taking ownership of the vehicle was a problem as they couldnt deliver when promised and promised compensation for the inconvenience. It took 2 months for them to sort out even with me chasing and then the compensation was less than promised. We were promised 3 years breakdown cover which isnt worth the paper that its written on. We have never received a V5 log book so when we called the DVLA we were informed that the ownership had never been transferred over to us. Absolutely shocking service. Would never recommend them again.”
