“Hi I always find Hillcroft helpful and quick to respond. I like the way I get an email if i order a huge quantity of something by mistake, thank you for that. As a suggestion, when packing boxes could it be possible for items such as scissors, forceps etc that are loose but in big quantities to be either boxed or preferably an elastic band? When trying to put the equipment away in between clinics, this can be time consuming. Thank you”

“The courier did not take note of delivery time stated on outside of boxes ,to deliver before 2pm as we close at that time, and therefore took 3 deliveries to receive the delivery/Also the boxes were damaged and it did not appear that due care was exercised by the courier company in handling the delivery. The servise provided by Hillcroft itself was no problem ,but maybe review the courier used.”

“We moved from previous suppliers to Hillcroft over a year ago now and have no regrets at all. Their website is great, easy to use, good features. Deliveries are fantastic and so far we've had no stock issues. All in all very satisfied and glad we made the change”

“Generally very good but I wanted to order some Plus speculums today and, even though we have a special price, the listing still said buy 5 get one free. However, I was told that I could not do this, so that was a bit disappointing. I was told that you that you are working on your website but, if an offer is showing, I think we should be able to order.”
