“Each time I have placed an order, it arrives exactly as stated. Good quality products which can usually order for next day delivery, always helpful when you accidentally run out of stock! “I make an order usually weekly and I can't fault these guys. I get my order within 48 hours. Everything I order is always there and what makes it even better is there is always a chocolate bar within my order which I demolish whilst putting away my stock! I have found the customer service pleasant and helpful and nothing is ever too much. The only thing which is slightly disappointing (which isn't Hillcroft themselves) is the delivery men. They tend to just dump the boxes by the reception and shout for a name of a receptionist which on occasion they have got the name wrong and when I have rung to chase it up they have given the name of someone who doesn't work here. Apart from that, their fab!”

“I always find you so helpful and usually prompt in my replies. I would just ask if I could have a follow up re orders still waiting to be sent to us. I do realise ordering stock for yourselves is very strained with some items but a monthly email just to say sorry your items are still on our backorder. It just keeps me informed and for me to pass onto my staff.”
