“I think the chat facility is great & everyone is always very helpful. They usually have everything in stock or an alternative to offer. Next day delivery makes things easier to keep track of for stock purposes. Although for the first time ever, it took 2 days on our last purchase (still good).”

“very rarely is there a stock issue, excellent customer service team is always willing to help and calls are answered promptly. The online system works very well for us. Deliveries are always prompt and we have never had any issues. prices are competitive and we have never had any issues.”
