“We discovered Herb Fed through one of our local farm shops and were delighted to find that they are actually local to where we live. Christmases are always Herb Feb and through the year we periodically order boxes for delivery. The meat is always tasty and succulent and we have the pleasure of knowing that the chickens didn't live in cages.”

“Absolutely the best chicken I have EVER eaten. I almost don't want to write this review as I don't want everyone to know about it, but I could never go back to eating any other chicken. It is so flavoursome and succulent. I order in bulk and freeze. Everything I've order has been delicious. As a future product range, it would be great to be able to buy the herbs you grow as well as maybe properly smoked chicken.”

“Everything arrived perfectly packaged. We have only used the chicken supremes so far, which were delicious. We cooked them in a tarragon and cream sauce. Looking forward to cooking the spatchcock chicken next.”

“After a rather arduous 2020, we decided to treat ourselves to a 8-9kg bronze turkey for Christmas, and what a succulent and delicious treat it was! Arrived chilled and well packaged, and with the accompanying pack of herbs. Could really taste the difference with this bird and not a bit of it went to waste. Happy to support smaller companies in these hard times. Will be ordering again next year.”

“This is how chicken should taste Beautiful flavour Chickens were lovely and clean inside and out. That’s an important factor for me. Parcel was still cool and packaging was good. Excellent value for money My parents always taught me when shopping for anything, you get what you pay for. Will certainly be reordering.”

“I first fell in love with Herb Fed Limited after purchasing my first bird from Fortnum & Mason during the Christmas lockdown. At first I thought it was a one off because the chicken was so tasty and my family loved it! So I returned to F & M and purchased 3 more. The quality and taste was absolutely superb! I now will be ordering directly from the farm online. The delivery went well and everything was perfect thank you.”

“cannot praise the Herb Fed Chicken Company enough, we have now ordered from them 4 times, both whole chickens and chicken breasts which we have found them to be of the highest quality, the flavour of our Christmas Rooster was unmatched by any other we have tryed, we would recommend this company without hesitation.”
