“We have been customers of Herb Fed for several years and buy almost all of our chicken, both whole birds and various cuts of chicken meat, from them. The quality of the chicken is consistently excellent, both in terms of flavour and texture; it cooks well and retains moisture so that the meat is always tender. It does cost more than supermarket chicken, but I think Herb Fed offers great value for money considering the quality of its products and reassurance of knowing that their birds enjoy higher standards of welfare.”

“Herb Fed Chikens are absolutely delicious you would be hard pressed to find a better, tastier chicken in the UK! The meat is so tender that we always think of them as happy chickens! The chickens clearly reflect the care and attention of the business, all members of the team are always helpful, kind and nothing is ever too much trouble! “I've been buying chicken from Herb Fed Poultry for many years. The taste is incredible and great value for free range chicken. The deliveries have always been on time and well communicated and they come very well packaged...in fact on one delivery I left them in the packaging for an extra 24hrs...as I was very busy.. and they were still colder than the fridge when I opened them. Great company. Great service. Great chickens.”

“Simple! THE BEST Chicken ever. I sometimes have it delivered or if I’m in Fenwick Newcastle I pick one up from Porthouse In the food hall. Presented beautifully and always arrives with top class packaging. Thank you.”

“First time I have bought for Easter, I would never get my Xmas turkey from anyone else. Frozen turkey arrived on time defrosted well and was as delicious as the fresh one I buy at Christmas. Can’t praise this supplier enough.”
