“These birds are amazing. Easy to cook, delicious and lots of easy carve meat. They are not cheap but once you tried one nothing else will do. Good selection of sizes and the guide to servings is accurate. Delivered beautifully packaged and bang on time. Cannot be faulted”

“after many years buying Marks and Spencer turkeys I tried this company after reading a review. The discount offered for a new customer made it only slightly more expensive. The Turkey arrived on time was well packaged with excellent cooking instructions. I was feeding my Husband and Daughter her Husband and adult Granddaughter and we all agreed the meat was succulent moist and full of flavour. I would definitely recommend”

“I received a very nice capon bang on time. It cooked beautifully and I eventually froze two half carcasses for two lots of stock, half a breast serving 3 meals and enough met for soup and curries for a month!”

“The bird arrived exactly on time and was delicious: maybe the best turkey I've ever cooked. Herb Fed's cooking instructions were also really helpful as they explained that an Herb Fed bird was likely to cook more quickly than one might expect, and this turned out to be true.”

“First time ordering, food items were professionally packaged, and delivered on time. Have only tried the Chicken Cushion so far, cooked to instructions it turned out tasty and succulent not dry, and a tender texture easy to cut. We are 75yo pensioners and the Chicken Cushion provided us both with chicken dinners on two separate days and we have frozen another portion for another day, plus the remainder was sliced for lunch sandwiches..Great Value Thanks”

“I ordered a 6-7kg bronze turkey for a pre-Christmas celebration in early December. It arrived beautifully packed via DPD on the day specified, with an ice pack to keep it cold & a pack of fresh herbs alongside. Very clear cooking instructions, and recipes for leftovers were also included. We followed the instructions to the letter, including cooking on its breast first then rotating (not a simple endeavour given the size of the bird!) and it was without doubt the best turkey I've ever had! The breast remained moist & the leg meat was super tasty. I've been enjoying the leftovers ever since, and it made the best stock imaginable. Well done Herb Fed! As a former cattle farmer, I know how much love and care goes into raising your birds and it was a pleasure to deal directly with you rather than going through multiple middlemen to buy from a butcher or supermarket. I will definitely order again next year!”
