“Excellent tasting turkey no complaints except on the cooking time advice saw no evidence that my 18 LB needed less cooking than a normal bird . Cooked it for the advised time and then needed another 1,5 hours on top of that , possibly my oven is a bit weak but thermometer in oven showed 190 for most of the cooking time”

“This Capon was stunning, moist meat, extremely tasty providing a quite delicious Christmas Day meal. Thank you for providing such a fabulous bird, & despite having to be delivered from Yorkshire to Dartmoor, Devon, you kept your delivery promise, on time & a chilled bird. We loved it - brilliant!”

“We have ordered our Christmas poultry online for the last three years and have always been disappointed, either with tasteless birds or nothing but oil draining out and no juice for making the gravy. In November 2019 I decided to give Herb Fed a shot and read the reviews about Herb Fed. The reviews looked very promising so I ordered two large herb fed chickens around 3 kilos each, and at a reasonable price. The poultry arrived bang on time as promised on 23/12 and we froze one and cooked the other the following day on Christmas eve. Gas mark 4 for just over 3 hours, with loads of sage and onion home made stuffing. Six of us eagerly awaited the opening of that oven door that evening, and the aromas coming out were unbelievable. Cooked to a t, and made the most delicious sandwiches we had tasted for many years, and the juice drained and formed that lovely jelly we wanted for the gravy on our Christmas lunch Thanks Herb Fed, we will certainly be back next year.”
