“This high welfare bird was easily the best Turkey in my time.I have cooked Turkey at least 30 times always following Delia's advice. It was an effort to believe in such a short cooking time(just under 3 hrs with90mins resting time).The result was close to perfection. No hesitation in recommending or using your company again. Thank you.”

“Delivery was prompt and was pleased with the presentation and chilled packaging. Have been cooking turkeys for years in every way possible but with this turkey I kept it simple and followed the cooking instructions except I took off the legs, deboned them into a ballotine stuffed with a herb mix. The family said it was the tastiest and juciest (with no water in sight) turkey and the colour and taste of the dark leg meat was also good. The breast meat stayed succulent when cold for Boxing Day. It was evident from the beginning to the end that this turkey had been reared to a very high standard and would definitely buy again for a special occasion. Thank you.”

“The birds arrived well packed and when roasted with herbs, they tasted delicious. The rooster was verging on tough but was very flavoursome, the carcass made an excellent stock. The turkey was extremely good, enjoyed by everyone.”

“Ordered my turkey from Herb Fed which arrived on the 21st December, as booked. it was well packaged and not over packed. When cooked the turkey tasted delicious and was very moist. Everyone enjoyed it & there were 15 people eating it on Christmas day. Will be back again next Christmas.”
