“I really didn't know chicken could taste so good! Amazing taste and really easy to cook, too! Packaging is very carefully done and it's an overall great experience from ordering to actually cooking and eating the chicken. “Lovely chicken, after eating the whole bird the carcass makes the best stock ever! Flat iron is brilliant for the bbq, and goes such a long way it amazes me every time. Whether whole bird or portions/cuts it’s all delicious. And such big breasts 😂!”

“Inconsistent. The quality of herb fed chicken is wonderful however, at times you do not always get what you pay for. Previously in one of my orders I received items that were passed the expiration date or expiring on the delivery date. In my recent order, I ordered 5 medium birds (2kg /4.4lbs) and 1 large bird (2.5kg /5.5lbs). Instead of a large bird I received a small bird (1.8kg /4lbs ) See photo attached. I expect to receive the same level of care taken when packaging a delivery for Fortnum & Maison. However with regards to the quality of the birds 100% delicious.”

“Delivered on time. Used the 2 chickens for a belated Christmas Dinner and had 9 family who all all agreed that the roast Chicken had superb flavour. So we are ery pleased and looking forward to purchasing a turkey from you for next Christmas as normal on 25th December Thanks again Regards Chris and Mick Baker”

“Having moved to Scotland from England, I was struggling getting free range chicken. I picked some Herb Fed up on my way back home in March from the Westmorland farm shop and was so delighted with the quality. Even more delighted that I can buy online and it’s delivered to my door. Fabulous quality, nice and clean, the chickens have had a life. What more can you ask for. Oh and very reasonably priced p.”
