“This year as there were less people we chose a roolled turkey joint. It ttts ned out to be a fantatig decision - delivered on time and much easier to sotre in frige.Cooking was easy and the end reuult was delicous. Meat was more deliciously flavoursome wih leg meat includedUsually we have a carcass to get rid of - this year nothing. We have eaten every single bit of it Orr certain choice for the future”

“Herb Fed turkeys( & chickens) are fantastic. We had a 5kg bird this year , it cooked perfectly & tasted amazing. People who don't like turkey because 'it is dry' should try one of these.”

“I loved my rooster. I don’t think I will ever have turkey again. Half of it easily fed 10 of us with the most delicious leftovers. Book me in for next year.”
