“Great selection and service but needs cheaper shipping options. The shipping fees, even for orders that don’t require age verification, are pretty steep and put me off ordering more often. Still, impressive range of products and no complaints on the service. Very prompt dispatch.”

“Everything perfect with the product. But, only long after purchase I was hit with unexpected import charges. A little advanced warning would not have gone amiss. But I can’t fault the product.”

“I don’t normally order the Heinnie Haynes copy’s of other makers knifes, as I don’t like red handled knifes. I made an exception due to the price. Sharp and as good as the original. The big let down was the black spot on one side of the handle and it is a dull grubby red.Too much hassle sending it back, so using it as an EDC.”

“I bought a knife from Heinne Hayes and it was a frustrating experience as I was unable to prove my age online, none of the three different ways of proving my d.o.b. was accepted and I wasted 20 minutes on this. I rang the company the next day and an email later this issue was sorted out. The company were apologetic and helpful and I received the knife the following day.”

“Great shop with lot of good brands. All taxes are included so you know the final and real price It's a shame you can't choose the shipping method, as the current one takes a long time. Uk isn’t so far from France !”

“I have no issues with Heinnie Haynes, they are great. I do however have an issue with DPD who they use as the carrier. Despite DPD providing delivery slots, they failed to deliver as advised and I ended up paying additional fees to get my order.”

“Well, this knife was not for me. Of course Heinnie were as great as ever. I found the Vero Neutron felt a bit unrefined in the hand. Sure, it is solid and well made, but I thought it was overpriced. It’s a crowded field, the "just under 3" blade, titanium-handled knife", and for me the Vero just didn’t cut it.”
