“The customer service provided by HH is simply outstanding. I made a purchase of 4 knives and when the package arrived, it was damaged with one of the knives missing. It didn’t look like a case of theft in transit as the most expensive items were still in the box, probably just fell out due to the damage to the shipping box. I called HH and explained the situation and they immediately organised for a replacement to be sent out with zero fuss. 5 stars all the way!”

“The item received which is boxed by the maker was not as described or pictured so a 3*. Not HHs issue to be fair. However the customer service when I highlighted the issue was a 5*. They sent the missing item immediatley even though it wasn't their issue but the items maker. Well deserved 5”
