“Quick delivery and quality products. The Dime is small enough to fit on a key chain whilst having many tools and features. Especially liked the box cutter and scissors. Files a bit too small.”

“Heinnie Haynes have always provided good service. In this instance the items arrived very quickly. The ceramic sharpeners are a convenient size - I bought both sizes - and are very good value. If there is any negative, it is that the ceramic rods don't have a "grit" rating. They work very well as sharpeners, but are too fine for really heavy sharpening and slightly too harsh to use for final honing or stropping of a sharp edge. This is not a criticism of Heinnie Haynes, who were excellent.”

“Not always the cheapest with everything, but the rapid dispatch, communications, and general service make it one of the best retailers out there and make it difficult to go wrong. They offered a return and refund on a knife I'd had for 4 or 5 months that I wasn't quite happy with. Turned out it just needed breaking in but it's good to know that I had a backup option if I wasn't quite happy with the quality.”
