“I needed a new knife for work , multi purpose, opening feed sacks or silage bales , cutting twine through to skinning , gutting & prepping game of all types . So didn't want a realy expensive knives but a practical one & that's the beauty of heinnie Haynes they cover all bases. The mora basic 511 carbon dose that very well . Heinnie Haynes keep you well informed through every step from age check to delivery . The only fly in the ointment was dpd with "failed delivery" the first time because they said know one was in but my wife and her friend where ! Delivered the next day . This is the second knife I've bought from heinnie Haynes with great survive even recommended to other people who have bought from them .”

“All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Packaging is top notch. What they may not know / sure of they find out. If they say they’ll call you back they do. It sounds so simple and obvious, however we all know far too many companies that simply don’t get this. Often called ‘old fashioned service’ by those old enough to remember buying items prior to the internet. But then, as the saying goes, ‘if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it’. A huge thank you to all at Heinnie Haynes.”
