“Item is fantastic. The price was very competitive Nick from customer services was extremely useful.(Thanks) I had to use customer services because of an incompetent courier (DPD) Twice DPD made a mess of the same delivery spoiling the whole experience. This is not the first issue with DPD. I will no longer do business with suppliers who use DPD.”

“Lots of interesting inventory. Quick dispatch. Only complaint is they seem to send out a lot of returns/damaged/ex display. For the money you're paying you'd expect brand new/factory sealed items, not pre opened/ex display stock.”

“I ordered a Boker folding knife on line about an hour before the last dispatch time for that day. Mid afternoon I received an email stating the order was being administered, then a second to say it was fully processed. The knife was delivered the next day, within the predicted time slot from DPD, and all was exactly as ordered. A very efficient and prompt service, it could not have been better. I shall certainly default to Heinnie Haynes as first choice for any future purchase.”
