“I have purchased equipment from Heinnie Haynes on several occasions now. Each time has been a positive experience. A vast range of products, each is well photographed and described equally well. Prices are competitive. Time spent on their site, is time well spent (imho). Communication and delivery is key for me and I have not been disappointed with HH. Highly recommended.”

“Great fast service once again from HH. Knife itself looked good, quality looked good, a good product. However, when I first opened the knife I found a 'china' sticker on the blade. Specs on website said nothing about it being china made, if I had known it was made in china, would I have bought it?”

“I get quite a few requests to review products. The problem is that there is no reference in the request to the product purchased. So…… I will generalise. It (whatever it is) arrived on time. It was well packaged (I have never received a product in bad packaging). The product worked as expected (I have never had to return anything because it didn’t). I recommend to anyone who needs something to order an object that seems to be able to meet your needs. It is highly likely that it will. Thank you.”

“Heinnie’s service is absolutely first rate. From an initial telephone enquiry about the product which was efficiently and courteously dealt with, through to the actual order and delivery. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get my Blue Light discount to apply to the order but that may have been down to my ineptitude. The Fallkniven A1pro only disappointed in that the edge wasn’t what the reviews might have led me to expect, with a couple of flat spots but a few minutes work soon put that right.”
