“Knife I ordered is amazing and packed really good. However the age verification delivery is pain in the a**.. had to take a day off because of that”

“I have been a customer for many years at Heinnie. I have mainly made payments over the phone, often asking for advice and input on the best kit I could get. Once, when I was in the area, I dropped in to their warehouse to make a purchase on a lighter and the service was exemplary. Now as to delivery.... they seem to have some sort or psychic power. As if the items arrive before you have ordered them. In general the best kit store in the world with no comparison to any others. A loyal and extremely happy customer. Thanks HH.”
