“They never fail to impress with their efficiency and customer service”

“I have been a customer for many years at Heinnie. I have mainly made payments over the phone, often asking for advice and input on the best kit I could get. Once, when I was in the area, I dropped in to their warehouse to make a purchase on a lighter and the service was exemplary. Now as to delivery.... they seem to have some sort or psychic power. As if the items arrive before you have ordered them. In general the best kit store in the world with no comparison to any others. A loyal and extremely happy customer. Thanks HH.”

“Heinnie always delivers awesome products at good prices. Again, the only difficulties (but that is not Heinnies fault) are import taxes, customs clearing as well as long delivery times. Last order arrived 14 days after clearing German customs. Again not Heinnie's Problem but justa bummer since the UK is not part of the economic trade partnership with the rest of the EU.”
