“I just purchased a sharpening tool for knife blades etc. The HH website is superb; plenty of choice, fair prices and trustworthy products. Never been disappointed but on this particular occasion my expectations have been exceeded.”

“After ordering a knife as present for the best man at my wedding, DHL failed to deliver, as the gift was time sensitive I contacted Heinnie Haynes who without quibble sent out a replacement on next day delivery going above and beyond, and helping to make our big day better.
