“From the email about offers to receipt of item was only 2 days. The item was despatched via DPD in a couple of hours and standard DPD delivered on tha Saturday. Item was exactly as expected and I am very happy. The additional black Friday promo was also very good and they will get used. Have used Heinnie before and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“very fast despatching, and good items. they have great items at very often (9/10) the best price in the uk for them. their customer service is also amazing, i have had to return a couple of items (in dozens of orders / 100s of items) and they have accepted no fuss, no problem with quick refunds or replacements etc. a proper company.”
