“my first experience purchasing from H H, won't be my last. Ordering was very simple, and delivery was 3 days earlier than suggested. I think the shop is open to the public, not just an online retailer, if so, if I am in the area, I look forward to a visit.”

“The original titanium scaled Elmax version of this has been my favourite UK EDC for several years now but it is slightly on the heavy side. This one stays with a super steel but the G10 scales save nearly a third of the weight and, in the dark red, give it a more 'PC' look. The scales are very grippy resulting in a bit to much friction against the clip for my liking. I might try and smooth down the clip side scale a little.”

“This was an order for 5 knives. It was dispatched the same day. Absolutely brilliant service. The courier, pdp informed me that they were going to deliver them the next day. Again, fantastic! Their driver texted me that he was just one stop away. Unfortunately, whilst I waited in anticipation, I received another text to say he was sorry he'd missed me. I was there and waiting. I phoned head office immediately and was told that no way would the driver return that day. I was promised a manager would ring me back within two hours but nobody phoned. They were delivered the next day in the pouring rain. The package was wet through. Exactly the same thing happened on my previous Hennie Haynes delivery by pdp. Their app showed they were just a few stops away followed by a text 'sorry we missed you'. Hennie Haynes are terrific and great to buy from. I just wish they used different couriers. This is NOT a reflection on Hennie Haynes who I recommend totally, I'm just annoyed at how awful dps couriers are!”
