“Heinnie Haynes have outstanding customer service. After purchasing a knife from them I unfortunately caused some damage to it's sheath and they were kind enough to send me a new one free of charge. I have since purchased many products from them and will continue to do so.”

“Decided to purchase from Heinnie Haynes due to their Trustpilot reviews, so glad I did. My purchase could be found elsewhere a lot cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The website is easy to follow and ordering simple. I had a few problems with the age verification process, not unusual for me, as I do not have all the 'toilet paper' required and it would not allow the purchase to go through, I rang Heinnie and spoke to Nick, who sent an email with a link so I could do the process through them, it worked. Nick even rang me back to say that they had everything they needed and my purchase was on its way. The order even arrived earlier than expected. A few reviews on here mention problems with delivery, Heinnie make it clear on their website that delivery has to be made, 'hand to hand', DPD placed the order in my hands, took his picture and left, no problems at all. Heinnie Haynes provide a trustworthy, reliable service where nothing is too much trouble and a real person on the end of the telephone to sort out any problems that may occur. Would highly recommend.”

“Having ordered over a week ago with next day delivery indicated…I’ve still not received my order. DPD have been the problem, they seem to like my order more than me. Sorry 24 hr delay, sorry we are running late, No attempt to deliver, then claiming they couldn’t verify age…I’m long past looking younger than 21….I’m 56. Apparently the item is back with the seller…no idea when I’ll see it.”
