“Brilliant as always, the best products and prices and the staff set the benchmark by which all other businesses should be judged! My parcel was originally mislaid by DPD, so Marie replaced it with Royal Mail and it came the next working day. Awesome service and explains why I've been buying from them for thirty years.”

“I've ordered a fair amount of stuff from Heinnie over the years. The service has always been excellent with ridiculously fast shipping times. In all of these orders, I can only recall one instance of something going (very slightly!) awry. An Email to Heinnie had it sorted instantly. A great company to deal with - but dangerous to your wallet.”
