“This item arrived very very quickly and replaced like for like for a night light we have trouble free used for over 25 years. Here's hoping the replacement gives similar service. Best night light we have ever owned.”

“I needed some particular light bulbs which I have bought from Heathfield before but they were out of stock. As I don't really know much about light bulbs, I was a bit stuck so I just left it. Then about a week later I received an email from Heathfield telling me that although they were out of stock of that particular brand, they did have an alternative bulb. This was so helpful as I really needed the bulbs and was then able to place an order which arrived a couple of days later without any problems. Great customer service.”
